Wynnum Manly Reclaim the Mark Gaskell Trophy.

Posted on Nov. 28th 2012, by Gwyn

After losing the inaugural Mark Gaskell Cup last season the Sea-Eagles have reclaimed it back to it’s rightful owner after defeating Redlands in Second Grade, Third Grade, Fourth Grade, Fifth Grade, Sixth Grade and the Lord Taverners.

The Mark Gaskell Trophy signifies the local derby based on the two clubs Mark Gaskell played at during his stellar career with both clubs.

With only First Grade being defeated by the Tigers the Sea-Eagles scored an emphatic 6 grades to 1 victory to claim the trophy.
